 Terms and Conditions for Tuning Services

By accessing or using our tuning services, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with our services.

*1. Acceptance of Risks:*

By engaging in our tuning services, the Customer acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with the tuning process. These risks include, but are not limited to, mild faults and catastrophic engine failure.

*2. Limitation of Liability:*

Our tuning professionals use their expertise to deliver optimal results. However, due to the nature of tuning, the tuner shall not be liable for any engine or vehicle component failures, whether mild or catastrophic, that may occur during or after the tuning session.

*3. Payment Obligation:*

Customers are required to pay the full tuning fee as agreed upon, regardless of the outcome of the tuning process. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to, engine or vehicle component failure.

*4. Responsibility for Repairs:*

Should any issues arise during or after the tuning session, it is the Customer's responsibility to rectify any problems at their own expense. The tuner will not cover any repair costs or offer compensation for any damages incurred.

*5. No Warranty or Guarantee:*

Our tuning services do not come with any warranty or guarantee. While we strive for excellence, the results of tuning can vary, and we cannot assure specific performance outcomes.

*6. Automatic Acceptance:*

By scheduling and/or proceeding with the tuning service, the Customer confirms that they understand and accept these terms and conditions. This automatic acceptance is implied by the act of engaging our services.

*7. Governing Law:*

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the tuning service is provided. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

*8. Amendments:*

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Customers are encouraged to review these terms regularly.
